Assembly steps #

Prerequisites #

1. fL2 or higher is installed
2. central connector is installed
3. sandwich panels are installed

Step 1 #

Insert 4 pcs. of 1.5 plywood washer into sandwich panel holes.

Step 2 #

Position 2 pcs. of 10.15 floor plate with countersunk holes as depicted in the image above.

Step 3 #

Fasten floor plates with 8 pcs. of 99.73 countersunk screw in designated holes for countersunk screws.

Step 4 #

Position 15.56 cross bracing bracket as depicted on the image above.

Step 5 #

Position 4 pcs. of 99.91001 washer and screw in 4 pcs. of 99.29 screw.

Step 6 #

Position 15.56 cross bracing bracket as depicted on the image above symmetrically to the bracing bracket above.

Step 7 #

Fix 15.56 cross bracing bracket with 3 pcs. of 99.29 screw from underneath and fix with 3 pcs. of 99.91008 hex nut.
